Question: Why is Yahoo helping the Chinese government jail pro-demcracy dissidents?
Reporters Without Borders have confirmed that Yahoo has turned over electronic records of emails and draft emails from Chinese individuals' accounts to the Chinese government, which subsequently jailed these pro-democracy dissidents. Yahoo! knows that by helping the government, they will continue to permit Yahoo! to tap into the potential market in China.

Owner Finance

Question: is there a company/person that will buy a home you want, and owner finance it for you?? I'm in oklahoma?
my husband and I are looking for a lease/rent to own, or contract for deed program that will allow us to pick out the home and then allow us to finance it through them. Alot of lease/rent to own programs out there already have homes they are willing to owner finance, I have heard of a company that will let you pick the house, then they will owner finance it for you. Can anyone help??
Answer: I can help set it up but you will pay more than if you accept one
that is seller financed without bringing in a new buyer/leasor
