Question: Need to file a dispute from an article brought from the Internet (and never received)?

The payment was made with my credit card through Pay pal.

My question is this. Is it better to file a Pay Pal dispute? Or to file a chargeback directly with my bank?

Home Finance Loan Refinance Finance

Question: FHA loan requirement: Must occupy home - How long?

I meet all qualifications for FHA loan re-finance except I do not live at the property, I currently rent it out. I plan on possibly moving back in, but I need to know if there is a time constraint on how long I have to have lived there to qualify for FHA refinance, if any? Also, once I refinance it, am I required to continue living there for any certain period of time? Thank you for your help.

Answer: As of right now, you can do an FHA streamline refinance even though it's a rental property.
There are only a few lenders left that will do this and there will be a slight difference in the rate( 5% instead of 4.75% on a 30 year fixed FHA).
You do need to hurry though because an FHA case number issued after November 17, 2009 will fall under the new more restrictive guidelines for FHA streamline loans.
