Question: Yahoo! Finance doesn't recommend the PS3 as a gift. What do you think?

Lol guys check out this article: http://customsites.yahoo.com/financiallyfit/finance/article-108318-3394-3-gifts-you-may-want-to-avoid-html?ywaad=ad0035

"It's all fun and games until the battery dies. Unlike its competitors, which use replaceable AA batteries, the PS3's remote control is glued shut. When the battery goes, Sony customers have to blow $55 on a new controller. Sony says there's an "environmental benefit" since gamers don't have to toss their batteries on a regular basis, but Isidor Buchmann, president of battery-equipment maker Cadex Electronics, says captive batteries are becoming common because it's cheaper for companies to eliminate the battery housing and hatch."

Yahoo screwed up big time. It's called RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES DUURR!! XD
It's on the front page called 'Gifts you Don't Really Want'. They better take this down! How much M$ paying these fools? lol

Answer: I've had my DualShock 3 for a year and half and the battery still hasn't died. Besides, Sony will replace dead controllers for free.

Question: How can i do a dissertation on Islamic Finance law in the context of international law?

globalisation or something...or trade law...

thanks

Answer: The only thing I can think of would be to look at instances of nationalization of assets or resources in Islamic nations. When a country nationalizes an industry (such as oil) foreign corporations or individuals often have their stake in those industries forced from them. They often have to resort to adjudication. There are some international court of justice cases dealing with this sort of thing.
