i have been checking Nys Department Of Taxation And Finance for two weeks now. why does it keep saying this: We have received your return and it's being processed. No further information is available. Please wait at least 1 week to access this information again.
please explain??

Rates are as low as 4.875% on any given day, alot depends on how your contract is written up and how much you are willing to pay in closing cost. Step one is work with an honest Mtg Bank or Broker and you will have no worries.
