Question: How do I put a cars title in two names?
Im about to buy a new car and finance it threw lending tree. Me and my mother are taking out the loan so how do I make sure both of our names end up on the title? Is there anything special you have to do?

Answer: You don't say where you are and there are different rules for states and countries.
If you're in California, you have a choice of putting the two names as Joe AND Mary (requiring two signatures when it's time to sell later)
Joe OR Mary (requiring only one signature when it's time to sell)
the paperwork will need both of you to sign to get it started. sometime the word AND is designated by a slash / instead of the word AND.
