Question: How to file small claims in Nassau County, NYagainst PAY Pal in El Paso, texas?

BBB closed case simply because Pay pal (ge finance) did not respond to them.

Answer: You have to contact the State Corporation Commission in Texas (which will be in the state's capitol) or secretary of state to find out who their Registered Agent is. Then you file the small claims against the company name, but use the registered agent as well on the small claims case document. Then send it via certified mail to the registered agent. if no registered agent, you can try sending the case via certified mail direct to the company, but I am not sure if TX law accepts service that way for a corp.

Question: Where can I find a definitions list for the Department Of Finance (NYC) Occupancy Codes?

For example, next to each house description you see A-5 one family dwelling... Or R-2 two family dwelling, etc... How do I decipher what each code means, and what the ramifications are as far as rezoning them, etc... Thanks
