Settled Cash
Settled Cash is the cash balance available to the trading company and effectively the owner of the account.
Pending Cash
Pending cash is the cash receipts taken out from trading activities.
Notional Value
Notional Value is the actual value or essentially the market value.
Daily Mark to Market
Market value - trade price (strike price for options)
