Question: Do you recommend using "AccordLoans.com" to Finance A Home loan? ?

They seem to offer a good deal on the website, but I also wonder if there is some kind of "too good to be true" deal going on.

Answer: Yes and no.

Reading the fine print, " Purchase offer is only for clients that use the Real Estate Brokering Services of Free Way RE. The Free Rebate is based on the purchase price with the customary real estate sales commission paid to the Buyer's Broker"

Since this is a real estate broker in Huntington Beach, CA it will be OK , if you are willing to buy from him AND make sure he obtains the customary commission on the sale (3%). He will be happy, he gets a commission on the loan too.

Looking up that rating is "no complaints". While that is good you need to keep in mind it is a real estate broker, not a loan broker.

If you are anywhere other then local to him and buying a home from him the rates he is promoting will not apply.
