Question: How to register a new (used) car in Ohio / Columbus?

Ok, I know this is simple, but it's been a while since I've bought a car...
I need to register a car I just bought (financed.) I've got insurance, etc., but I know I need the title for the DMV. How do I get a copy / memorandum of / etc. of the title to take to the DMV? Bank or dealer?

Answer: I don't know if it is different in Ohio, but your local Sec. of State's office gives you your title when buying a car
