Question: can i give my car back to the Finance Company?

i have my car on finance with black horse, i have recently left work as i am a single parent and i am struggling with the repayments, i have already lowered the repayments by spreading the finance over another year but i am still struggling.
can i give the car back?

Answer: Yes you can end the agreement and hand back the car. It won't necessarily be the best thing as you have already paid a proportion already. Get advice from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau if you are having financial difficulties.

Question: Anyone had any issues with timesharesonly.com selling their TimeShare?

I own a Trendwest TS and want to sell it...i talked to timesharesonly.com and they seem pretty legit....they have secured financing backed my GMAC and said that i could probably get what i paid back since they use financing whereas other companies look for CASH buyers....Just looking to see if anyone has an experiences with them good or bad.
