Question: Can a VA Loan be used to finance a Park Home?

A Park Home is about 400 SF. I own the land. Will the VA finance the unit?

Answer: They will finance larger mobiles on land but I don't know that they will do this. Does the zoning permit a small unit to be placed on your land? Contact your local planning office to be sure.

Question: Need a second changce car loan.?

We have terrible credit. Bankrupcty and a repo. Need to buy a second car though, I cannot be stuck without one while my husband has the car. We're in the Plano/Dallas area and need referals on an online source or a dealership that does 2nd chance financing. Please help! Thanks!

Answer: you need to bounce youre credit back up. drive somewhere where they sell cars cheap.
