Question: what would you do move to AUSTRALIA or build a house in ireland first?

we are planning on going to Australia for a year or two
then my husbands parents offered us land to build a house on so we were going to build then go to Oz but my husbands job let loads of staff go him being one of them so we knew then it would take at least 6 months to get our finances in order before we could apply for a mortgage . as the land will alway be there we went back to our original plan. as the land is behind his parents there was a lane running along side their house and luckily for us the farmer has said we can have access from the lane which is brilliant news we also then got offered a mobile home for a great price its 3 thousand euro and would normally be 15 or more. if we get the mobile home that put off Australia for another while again
we are so confused as to what to do we are not happy as we are i feel our life is on hold. what the best thing to do!!
