Question: Where can i get a balloon auto finance for over $40,000?

I cant find a balloon auto finance that is for $40,000.

Answer: That does not exist with traditional lenders.....that's why you can't find it.

Question: Is there any way to tell if a bankruptcy will be discharged, after the initial filing?

At the meeting with the trustee (341 Meeting), my attorney forgot one statutory document: My income tax return. The trustee scolded him, though continued with the meeting. I'm concerned. My lawyer is now hard to reach, and, I was just turned down by an auto lender who specializes in pre-discharge financing, for no clear reason.

Answer: What are you doing going out incurring more debt before you have even finalized bankruptcy? This in itself may get your case dismissed as they will question how you can afford a new car (or used,) when you can't afford your current debt payments.
