Question: What are the biggest concerns with regard to School Finance and the finance formula? Why are these an issue?

Answer: I would say moving money from one account to another. For example, lets say that you live in an area that has really been impacted by high gas prices - - you can't afford to run your buses - - you may need to move money from one fund to your transportation fund to make up for shortfall. That is to be expected more so today that in the past. However, if you ever have to move money from one fund into your payroll fund because you can't pay your teachers - - you are in HUGE trouble.

You should be able to look up your states constituion and how it pertains to School Finance. It will tell you when, how often, and what funds money can and can't be transfered from.

Question: Where to find a teachers edition of this text book?

Hi, i'm sick and will be probably for the rest of this week with no help on any of my homework with my Personal Finance class, she gave us a few worksheets that come with the worksheets, I CANNOT find half the crape on this work sheet so I was wondering if The answers were out there on the net somewhere? the book is "Managing Your Personal Finances" 5th edition, by Joan S. Ryan. Publisher is Thomson South -Western. Thanks
