Question: a driving situation?
im in college and i am on the deans list, and im making good money BUT. Not good enough. I need finances for a car, and since my credit is fresh-crisp brand new, i havent established any. My grandma said that she would give me a car (its a acura legend, light blue, hot rims!!) but only until i graduate!!!
Im doing well in college, but for some reason she thinks imma quit, how can i convince her that imma stay in college(im about to graduate this FALL!!)

Answer: Have grandma help you plan for your graduation party, and all the details, she is concerned for your future and has good reason to be. Start with preparing an invitation list and then decide where to have you graduation party at, let grandma work out all the details, and you contrate on you school work. Best Wishes!

Question: will my 2007 chevy malibu be a write off/total loss by the insurance company, and what is gap insurance?
- my car was rear ended yesterday and has damage to (rim,tire,rear axle (is bent),door 1/6 has dent,side skirt pushed in,rear bumper is off).
estimate was around 4500.00
my car has 54,000 miles on it.
As well, i have gap insurance, will that cover my total finance owing if the car is declared a total loss?
please help.
Can i sue the guy that hit us (he crossed a red light, while i was going on full green?
my mom has severe backpain and pain in ribs.
